How does the recruiting process work from the customers’ perspective?

MZD receives a request from the customer with a specific profile. When we think there is a match between your profile and the requirements of the customer you will be contacted by us. If you are interested in the proposed position or project, we send our customers an anonymous profile of your qualifications. Depending on the feedback of our customer a phone interview or personal interview between you and the customer will be arranged.
